Sirius Technology is working with a leading Salesforce partner to find an experienced Marketing Cloud Specialist for a 6-month contract (extendable) engagement. This role involves collaborating on projects for two high-profile clients – a major enterprise and a government agency – focused on delivering highly personalised, data-driven marketing campaigns.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a Marketing Cloud expert with a passion for personalisation and a solid track record in customer journey optimisation. You’ll play a crucial role in helping clients maximise the impact of their marketing strategies by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.

Responsibilities & Skills:

- Design and implement personalised marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build and optimise customer journeys that deliver effective email marketing and messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
- Utilise data-driven insights to continually improve personalisation and engagement
- Maintain best practices in data handling, security, and campaign compliance
- Conduct troubleshooting and technical support to ensure campaign success

- Extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with expertise in personalisation
- Strong knowledge of customer journey building and email marketing best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise and government stakeholders
- Eligibility for security clearance (must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident with no convictions)
