**About the Company**
Davidson has partnered with one of our Government Council clients, who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Admin Officer.
The council caters to a population of 350,740 people from more than 234 different cultures. Around 50 per cent of residents are aged 34 or younger. It also cares for more than 1,100 environmental and recreational parks. Many of our parks feature dog off-leash areas, exercise facilities, play equipment and skate ramps.

**About You**
- Sound ability to work productively and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with enquiries and requests in a professional and tactful manner.
- Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to convey information to a wide range of stakeholders (both internal and external).
- A flexible ‘can do’ approach and ability to respond positively to priority changes.
- High attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines within a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Achievement or advancement in a formal qualification in Human Resources or Psychology (or related field) will be highly regarded.
