We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our team in Toowoomba on a full-time, permanent basis.

**Overview**:
The Client Services Officer (CSO) provides generalist support to a team or service line or region and completes administrative tasks, as part of the Client Services (CS) team. Responsible for ensuring tasks are completed effectively and efficiently, the CSO may be responsible for booking appointments, document management and data entry. In addition, the CSO is required to provide relief reception support, so will require a high level of customer service skills and a client centric approach.
**What will your typical week look like?**
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
- Dive into the world of client data management, ensuring accuracy in reports like timesheets, billings, and expenses.
- Play a crucial role in preparing client service agreements, collecting information for impactful tax engagements.
- Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with accountants, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
- Corporate receptionist duties (greeting clients, answering phones, booking appointments, etc)
