We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who displays initiative and has a flexible and positive attitude to join our diverse and collaborative team in Toowoomba, QLD as a Client Service Officer.
**What will your typical week look like?**
You will provide support and complete administrative tasks for the team, as well as supporting the reception duties in our office, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently; ensuring a high level of customer care and a people-centric approach.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete tasks in their local office or designated region to ensure completion of tasks, within required timelines
- Ensure all client related tasks in their local office or designated region are completed in accordance within internal and external service standards
- Attend to client tasks within the Beginner skill set
- Provide support to the Client Services team as required
- Responsible for file creation and management to support Adviser Support requirements
- Database entry and management, as directed
- General ad-hoc administrative support to as required such as printing, filing or scanning

**Let’s talk about you**
- 2+ Years of Administration experience
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task and adaptable to change
- Excellent Attention to detail is essential
- Be competent in Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word and some excel.
- Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
