You will work alongside the wider Accounts Receivable Team to ensure timely payment of Invoices. This is a 6-month, fixed term role that will see you working 38 hours per week.

**The role;**
- Accounts Receivable - debtor invoicing, receipting of payments received and chasing up of debtors.
- Assisting with accuracy of invoicing.
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable queries.
- Search and correct debtor & creditor problems.
- Maintain a rapport with service providers & creditors to the standard required by Capital SMART.
- Reconciliation of debtors and creditors.

**Does this sound like you?**
- 1+ year Accounts Receivable experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Net Suite experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver on-time.
