**Job Overview**

A surge in workload has created an urgent need for experienced PPC Managers with 3-5 years of hands-on expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. This role involves managing diverse accounts, driving campaign success, and delivering measurable results for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth audience research and utilise analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment (ROI).
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bid optimisation, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
- Google Ads Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organisational and time management skills.
