**URGENT TRAINER AND ASSESSOR REQUIRED (Multiple Courses)**

**Location: Sydney Metropolitan and Goulburn, NSW**

**Part Time - Up to 20 Hours a Week**

**Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour**

**Work Authorisation: Australian Working Rights**

- CHC33021- Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43015- Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC43121- Certificate IV in Disability Support
- CPCWHS1001- Prepare to work safely in the construction industry (White Card)
- BSB41419- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety
- HLTAID011- Provide First Aid
- RIIWHS205E- Control traffic with stop-slow bat
- RIIWHS206- Control traffic with portable traffic control devices and temporary traffic signs
- TLILIC003- Licence to operate a forklift truck.

**Role**

To excel in this role, you should possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a strong customer-focused approach, and the capability to manage a demanding workload efficiently.
- Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning
- Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
- Current industry engagement and skills directly relevant to the above course (must)
- Trainer matrix for the specific qualification (must)
- Have TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

OR TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment AND one of the following:

- TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor
- TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills one of the following:

- TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or its successor; or
- TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools; or
- TAEASS502B Design and develop assessment tools.
- A minimum of two years teaching experience
- Demonstrated excellence in training course delivery and assessment
- Experience in providing constructive and timely feedback to students on learning and assessment
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Experience using a student and learning management system such as VETtrak and Moodle.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an ABN for invoicing purposes.

**If you are successful in this role, you will be required to provide**:

- A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
- A current Driver’s Licence (Car).
