**About the Role**:
Sharp & Carter are proud to partner with this leading Australian fashion retailer in the search for an experienced and capable Digital Marketing Manager.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our group of leading Australian men’s and womenswear retailers. You will work closely with Digital Operations, Content, eCommerce and Marketing Managers throughout the business, as well as external agencies and vendors. Our client prides themselves on a culture of collaboration, teamwork and creative problem solving.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Optimisation of the digital marketing capabilities in PPC, Display, Re-Marketing, Dynamic Retargeting, Google Shopping, Affiliates and Social channels.
- Ownership of Shared advertising platforms across the group, including; Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre, Google Ads Manager.
- Agency partnership management. KPI setting & tracking, relationship management, peak planning.
- Identify and monitor PPC industry best practices/trends/advances to assist brands in developing new ideas and opportunities.
- Drive SEO best practices with support of cross-functional team.
- Consult with Digital Marketing and eComm team members on strategy, concerns, changes, and improvements for ad campaigns and/or websites.
- Provide professional reporting and insightful documentation to stakeholders as required.
- Drive eCommerce development initiatives that improve effectiveness of acquisition, onsite usability and conversion, utilising appropriate use of technology and processes.
- Research, evaluate and recommend new digital marketing opportunities for both Domestic and Global expansion.
- Improve website crawlability via BAU content and technical SEO intiatives.
- Project Management: interpreting brand goals, understanding brand guidelines and strategic initiatives, setting and communicating expectations, scheduling and organising resources, managing deliverables and meeting deadlines.
**Key Skills Required**:
- 3+ Years experience in eCommerce and/or Digital Agency environments.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
- Comprehensive understanding of tag management systems with the technical understanding for implementation and ongoing management.
- Fundamental knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Bing ads & facebook business manager.
- Experience within a fast-paced retail is highly regarded.
- Results driven individual with proven experience managing PPC and SEM campaigns with a focus on optimisation for ROI.
- Understanding of omnichannel strategy; how Digital, above the line (ATL) and local area marketing (LAM) initiatives influence each other and how to effectively measure attribution.
