Where the team fits in

In this role you’ll be working within the Customer Product & Experience (CP&E) group, specifically within our Agency Services portfolio. The CP&E Group purpose is to build & provide market leading digital real estate solutions for our customers, Australian property professionals. Our Agency Services portfolio is one of three key pillars in our customer strategy alongside Advertising and Marketplace.

What the role is all about

We’re looking for a Partnership Manager with a track record of successfully managing SaaS partnerships to accelerate our channel and integration strategy. You’ll be responsible for helping to develop and scale our partnership strategy across CRMS and other PropTech providers within the real estate industry.

Your day to day will include;- Forming a deep understanding of our ecosystem, and identifying what good channel and integration partners look like- Define and build our internal partnership capabilities and the way we do things- Focusing on driving adoption of our value through new and existing relationships- Working with various internal teams to help identify potential partnership opportunities- Proactively identifying new Partners and integrations what will strengthen the value of our products and services within the market- Negotiating commercial and non commercial agreements as required- Keeping Partners up to date with changes to current and new integration opportunities- Working with Product Teams and Partners to ensure integrations are built on schedule and partners have the resources they need- Being accountable for the end user (Agent) experience and that this aligns to our acceptance criteria- Be the conduit between multiple internal REA Group teams and potential / existing Partners- Defining, developing and managing REA’s Partner Panel- Helping create go to market strategies and materials alongside the Customer marketing team- Ongoing relationship management of Partners

Who we’re looking for- Previous experience driving API adoption and integration partnerships- Previous experience within PropTech industry / CRM experience / real estate industry- Proven ability to scale an area / teaM/Function over time- Ability to create, own and implement an engagement strategy- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to execute on a plan to achieve results- Excellent communicator - someone who can talk to a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external and who can be an internal advocate for partners and their needs- Ability to develop and maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities- Proactivity and excellent organisational skills to manage multiple parties- Experience with positioning and driving adoption of external facing API product and services- Relationship management experience
