We are seeking a vibrant Coordinator to support the State Partnership Manager and Partnerships team. This is an exciting role as no two days are ever the same and allows you to not only support a fantastic team but be a vital part of some of Starlight’s biggest events.

A snapshot of the Partnerships Coordinator role:

- Executive assistance to the State Partnerships Manager including diary management, organisation of meetings including the creation of agendas and preparation and circulation of minutes and actions
- Document creation and publication assistance for the State Partnerships Team
- Attend Board meetings and document meeting minutes
- Liaising with customers to follow up on payment/invoices
- Coordinate travel for team members
- Operational event management for Starlight cultivation and fundraising events
- Management of partnerships which require face-to-face support

**About You**
- You’re someone who takes initiative & is solutions focused
- You have great organisation & time management skills and experience managing an office or in a coordinator role
- You are an excellent communicator and enjoy developing relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- You’ll have experience in creating agendas, presentations, and proposals
- You get excited by all things events and love supporting on the ground
- You’ll have experience completing financial reporting/ income and expense coding
