We're looking for a fantastic People and Culture Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maximum term contract.
**What does your next role look like?**
- Responsibility for fast and accurate turn-around of employment changes
- Provide first level support to employees and managers on InvoCare’s People & Culture policies, systems and processes, employment conditions, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and the National Employment Standards
- Document, optimise and improve People Connect systems, processes and templates
- Ensure high standards of people data quality
**What experience will you bring?**
- Business administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to problem solve to resolve immediate issues and their root causes
- Best practice time and priority management
- Personal pride in delivering a great customer experience
**Where will you be located?**
We have recently moved to fantastic new offices in Rhodes. This role requires you to work **5 days per week in the office**, where you will be surrounded by a collaborative team environment.
