Finance Business Partner required for a leading Defence company based in Adelaide

**Your new company**
A global Defence company who are at the forefront of innovation have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join their team based in Adelaide.

**Your new role**
The Finance Business Partner will provide advice, management accounting and operations to improve business performance. You will partner with senior leaders across the organisation globally to design and deliver strategic initiatives which add value to the business. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, monitoring of financial performance and reporting, project management and financial risk management. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

**What you'll get in return**
You will receive $160,000 plus super together with generous benefits including $5000 a year allowance for professional development, 5 days of additional study leave per year and flexible working arrangements.
