**The Company**

A global leader in their field, this MarTech vendor continues to go from strength to strength. In need of a Customer Success Specialist, this individual will own the implementation as well as the delivery and the adoption of the platform. You will work to deliver and demonstrate value to the customer base throughout their post-sale journey. There is genuine career opportunity here where through performance will see you move into a fully fledged Customer Success Manager.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Build relationships with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure discussed solutions are aligned to key personnels goals and success metrics.
- Become an expert in the platform to guide clients through the onboarding process, deliver training as well as enablement programs.
- Work with cross functional teams here locally and globally to optimise retention, adoption and customer satisfaction through a high touch model which will ultimately see growth in accounts.

**Experience Needed**
- 3+ years working in one or more of the following areas: Customer Success, Implementation, Professional Services, Account Support, Product Support, Onboarding or Training.
- You do not need to be a Customer Success professional currently to be considered for this role. However, you must be able to demonstrate how you have delivered to your customers.
- Excellent communication with the ability to work external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by multi-tasking and prioritising as different tasks arise.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Must have unrestricted working rights here in Australia - i.e. be a citizen or hold PR.

**Salary**
- Up to $90k base + Super + 30% Bonus + one of the better work cultures around.
