**What you’ll do (but not limited to)**:

- Assist in the development and delivery of high-quality bids, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Effectively manage simultaneous tender programs and multiple stakeholders to meet strict deadlines
- Prepare proposal schedules and response templates, including mandatory company information and non-price evaluation criteria
- Manage and distribute all incoming client communications to relevant contributors
- Ensure all proposals are formatted, effectively use imagery and graphics, and comply with company brand guidelines and client requirements
- Coordinate proposal production activities, such as printing and binding where required
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of tendering resources including detailed project profiles (data sheets) and staff curricula vitae
- Provide support, assistance and guidance to the Pre-Contracts Team where required

**What you’re good at**:

- Previous experience in administration and/or experience in a construction environment (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to meet simultaneous deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with diverse stakeholders, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of submissions
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
