The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is pivotal in supporting the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids and proposals that align with client requirements and Prebuilt's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit bids and proposals in line with client and company standards.

· Collect and organise project details, pricing, and timelines from internal teams.

· Maintain templates and records of past proposals for future use.

· Format and compile proposal documents with input from various departments.

· Track bid deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

· Communicate bid requirements clearly to stakeholders.

· Research potential clients and opportunities.

· Ensure proposals are accurate, well-presented, and compliant with requirements.

About You:

· Qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

· Previous experience in bid coordination in a construction environment is essential.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and time management.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with bid tools is a bonus.

· Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
