**The Opportunity**

As a Product Owner on our Product and Customer Entitlement team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that Bupa shares accurate information across our internal systems, third-party providers, and corporate partners. You'll collaborate closely with fellow Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to maintain the single source of truth for our Health Insurance products, driving seamless integration and enhancing personalized customer experiences.

Your role involves understanding both customer needs and business goals, working alongside development and technology teams to make swift, informed decisions. You'll be at the heart of shaping how our products meet customer expectations while contributing to our overall success.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office or from home)

**How will you make an impact?**

By liaising with the Product Managers, business stakeholders, business analysts and technical

development teams, to deliver accurate product information. Taking a positive stance, with a can-do attitude, you have a proven ability to influence and take people with you on the journey to success.

**You will add value by**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders: Engage with Delivery leaders, Product Managers, and others to understand priorities and drive continuous improvement.
- Define and manage requirements: Work with Product Management and Business Analysts to break down business needs into actionable tasks and set clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize and maintain the backlog: Create, prioritize, and manage the team backlog, set release and sprint goals, and refine user stories as needed.
- Liaise with business stakeholders: Ensure alignment with business goals, secure necessary approvals, and address business considerations effectively.
- Drive delivery improvements: Contribute to ongoing enhancements, including small changes, bug fixes, and larger initiatives, while representing the voice of the customer.

**About You**

This role would compliment a Product Owner with back end system experience and strong data skills. To be successful in this role you will understand how data can transform from one type to another and be confident in translating tech speak to different audiences.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Digital Product Ownership: Proven track record in managing digital products with a deep understanding of customer experience, engagement, and innovative product development.
- Agile Expertise: Experience in Agile environments, adept at delivering incremental value and managing priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Data Savvy: Strong backend experience with a knack for data transformation, and the ability to model and analyze data effectively.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for various audiences, including managers.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent at building client relationships, eliciting requirements, and solving complex problems with a strategic and organized approach.
