This is a customer facing admin role at a martial arts gym with predominantly after school hours available.

**Hours Required** (must be available for at lease 3 shifts per week):
3:00pm - 7:30pm weekdays

8:30am - 1:40pm Saturday

**SALES DUTIES**:

- Signing up new members
- Calling new enquires
- Hitting KPI's

**CUSTOMER SERVICE / ADMIN DUTIES**:

- Meet and greet every person that enters the center in a friendly, professional manner
- Answering phones
- Enquiry Handling and Membership Sales
- Keep reception tidy
- Monitor class attendance
- Merchandise/food/drink replenish and stock take
- Creating and posting social media content - posts/story
- Supporting the business owner for events, throughout the year.
- Taking payments
- Has their own vehicle and Driver's License
- Willing to travel between our Seven Hills and Dural location
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
