Mature front of house supervisor wanted for upscale French brasserie in Baulkham Hills.

We want you to make this role your own You’ll have the freedom to make changes and improvements, collaborate on menus and training, and really put your stamp on things.

You’ll be energetic, outgoing, hard working, strong passion for the hospitality industry, professional, and confident, with a great eye for detail and excellent customer service skills. We care about our staff and customers deeply and we want you too. Full time hours Wednesday to Sunday from late afternoon to evening. We’re not a late-night establishment - no super late closes. Own transport.

In this role your duties will include:

- Overseeing front of the house restaurant operations
- Mentor the Front of House team
- Excellent communication skills & positive attitude
- Maintaining a focus on customer service & team management
- Liaising with the kitchen and maintain quality control for all food served
- Drive staff training on all aspects of our food & beverage offer, POS system and restaurant procedures
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Working as part of the team under the direction of Management

- Front of House in a Restaurant: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
- Leading a Team: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
