About the Role:
As a Front of House team member at Montrachet, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless dining experience for our guests. We're looking for individuals who possess refined customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will work closely with our chefs and management team to ensure every guest’s experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Take reservations and manage the guest book system
- Deliver menu and wine recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure all dining areas are presented to the highest standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and grace
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the restaurant as needed

About You:

- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality environment is essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wine (preferred)
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
