ustralian Garnet Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Resource Development Group Limited (ASX:RDG), supply premium garnet abrasives to the protective coating and waterjet cutting industries from our world class operation in Western Australia.

With work progressing on the construction of our owner operated Garnet mine, located in the picturesque Lucky Bay area of Kalbarri Western Australia, we are looking to engage local a Product Warehouse Supervisor for our mining, processing and dispatch operations.

The role is
** 8 days on 6 days off, 7 nights on 7 nights off, local to Kalbarri or Geraldton only. **This is a great opportunity to lead a skilled team of people in building a safety focused, inclusive and progressive culture.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Control of site-based product logistics - handling, warehousing, storage, loading and dispatch
- Quality control of container loading, truck loading and bulk loading operations
- Management of required documentation required for despatch and export of product
- Timely data entry of product and logistics information into ERP and other database management systems
- Provide clear direction and instructions to the Products team, with respect to daily operations
- Develop and document Safe Operating Procedures for the onsite warehouse product management and logistics processes.
- Assist Products team, hands on, where required
- Management of uncleared and quarantined product
- Site contact and liaison for haulage contractors
- Optimise operations to provide the best outcome for the business
- Undertake activities as reasonably directed by the Products Superintendent or delegate as and when required

**Job Requirements**:
**To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate**:

- Minimum 5 years mining experience in Western Australia in a logistics and warehousing role preferably in a leadership capacity
- 5 years proven supervisory experience
- Front of mind focus on safety in all operations
- Strong communication links with all staff
- Experience with MS office and ERP
- Current forklift ticket
- Be comfortable proactively seek feedback on self; recognise own capabilities and take initiative to continually improve
- Current Valid Western Australian Driver’s License (Manual Minimum)
