An exciting Full Time – Permanent opportunity exists for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dynamic Perth warehouse team within the Western Operations division.

This is your chance to take ownership of a fast-paced warehouse environment, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team committed to safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety
  • Lead, coach, and develop a motivated warehouse team to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure timely and accurate receivals, dispatches, and inventory management
  • Drive process improvements in racking, binning, and freight systems to maximize productivity
  • Liaise with carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OH&S standards
  • Conduct staff performance reviews, manage rostering, and support cross-training initiatives

About You:

  • Proven experience managing a warehouse in the Capital equipment/Complex logistics environments
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing procedures, freight distribution, and inventory systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
  • High commitment to OH&S policies and fostering a safety culture
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ERA, IDS, and Microsoft Suite (desired)
  • High Risk Forklift license (preferred)
