Our client is seeking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who pays extra attention to detail. Quality is one of our clients main focuses and your job is to help and provide a quality product and provide great service to their national and international customers and consumers.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your general day to day will vary on business and production requirements but you will hold responsibility for:

- Leading and developing a team of 4 experienced staff on your shift
- Preparing handovers and setting up afternoon and nightshift
- Resourcing and Planning
- Conduct quality checks on every shipping
- Assuring targets and deadlines are met
- receiving and dispatching stock through ERP system
- This is a hand-son role including daily forklift operations
- Liaise with the warehouse manager daily
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking and packing orders
- Manual handling
- Assist the team where required
- Establish necessary processes to ensure good safety culture and efficiency
- Liaising with external clients/providers
- Other warehouse duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Prior forklift experience
- Must have LF licence
- Valid DL required
- Warehouse and distribution industry experience
- Willing to motivate a small team to achieve targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution driven mindset
- Must be able to provide 2 current references
- Extensive experience within a similar role
- Solid Understanding of warehouse processes
- Great time management skills
- Computer literacy and professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Leadership skills
