As a User Experience Design Officer you will deliver user experience and user interface design for digital products that provide access to services, ease of use and high value to Queenslanders.
**Key responsibilities include**: - Deliver user experience and user interface design for digital products that provide access to services, ease of use and high value to Queenslanders
- Reach a deep understanding of the range of customers' needs, attitudes and behaviours in relation to products
- Assess analytics to identify the opportunities for product improvement
- Communicate, collaborate and document in accordance with best practice design operations in an agile product development team
- Liaise and engage with agency clients to gather and document design requirements and design solutions
- Participate in and facilitate workshops and co-design sessions
- Plan, moderate and report on user testing
- Prepare and handover developable specification documentation and review implementation for defects
- Ensure projects meet the required design guidelines and standards, including accessibility
- Contribute to the Design System, community of practice groups and help coach the business on best practice user experience and user interface design. The role reports to the Manager, Customer Experience and Service Design in the Design and Capability team within Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group.
