**About the role**:
As they kick off a large transformation our client are looking for a Senior Experience Designer/Service Designer to join them on a 12-month contract basis. You will be helping identify and shape the best experienced design for their customers and internal users based around one of their core systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- You'll be responsible for the synthesis of the following inputs: research, voice of customer and voice of employee
- Customer first thinking and way of working to drive strategic customer outcomes
- Map core business processes to assist in identification of resource allocation and potential efficiencies
- Drive, manage and conduct research and gather feedback from our key customers, stakeholders and our people into the current
customer experience
- Facilitate workshops and customer journey redesign with both customers and our people

**Technical knowledge/experience**:

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer experience design roles
- Ability to redesign customer journeys and processes to improve the customer experience and outcomes
- Technical ability to create visual or service designs that reflect recommendations or prior research.
