We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our Digital User Experience to be based in Brisbane.

In this role you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic drive towards a world-class end-user experience. With over 250 local users, the support function and the user base require a local team leader to provide leadership and a local escalation point for the Practice Group leadership team. This role is key to enabling global working, process improvement and alignment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 5-6 years demonstrated IT experience
• Strong emphasis on effective IT operations and customer satisfaction
• Collaborative team leader with experience working multiple teams or global teams
• Skilled in problem solving and decision making
• Adaptable and able to perform well under pressure
• Broad technical expertise in IT
• Excellent knowledge of IT products and solutions
