We have an incredible team spread over our 3 Central Coast practices and 1 in Bellbird, Cessnock - containing approachable, caring GP's, wonderful support staff and managers and we encourage a whole team culture - a heart for each other.

The salary range is negotiable depending on previous experience.

**POSITION DESCRIPTION: PRACTICE MANAGER**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The Practice Manager is responsible for the management of the practice, to ensure that it fully supports the delivery of quality service to our patients.

**SCOPE**

The Practice Manager co-ordinates and maintains all the functional requirements of the medical practice. The position exists to support and work in consultation with the practice principles in ensuring that the management of the practice is professional and allows staff to achieve the business vision, values and objectives.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**

**Knowledge**:
Must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

- Previous Practice Management experience
- Training or experience in management of emergencies, handling complaints
- Medicare and Health Funds

**Skills**:
Must demonstrate the following:

- Demonstrated experience working with Doctors, Specialists and Allied Health professionals
- Excellent verbal, analytical and organisational skills
- Good understanding of medical practice structures
- Ability to work unsupervised and to delegate duties in a professional manner
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Leadership and team building experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Time Management skills
- Staff training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Central Coast Gosford NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Management (preferred)
- General Practice (preferred)
