**Overview**

As a Return to Work Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our innovative service delivery model, focusing on supporting claims with holistic recovery and return to work strategies, rehab provider performance management and data remediation to achieve outcomes.
**How you'll make an impact**
- Strategic RTW Support: Provide expert advice on claims strategies to build capacity and achieve return to work and independence outcomes using RTW hierarchy via Collaborative Claims Reviews, Rehab Claims Reviews and ad-hoc strategy reviews.
- Data Review: Engage in weekly data review and remediation to ensure accurate RTW data to support results.
- Rehab Provider Management: Oversee rehabilitation providers to ensure effective return to work solutions using same employer services, new employer services, one-off services, other in-house offerings and SIRA vocational programs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including claims staff, other technical specialists, workplace rehabilitation providers, and medical professionals.
- Education & Coaching: Empower claims staff with ongoing ad-hoc coaching and influence knowledge sharing of all aspects of return to work.
**About you**
- Experience & Qualifications: Background in worker’s insurance, return to work planning and rehabilitation or allied health, with experience in occupational rehab in a workers' compensation or insurer setting.
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage and influence at all organisational levels.
- Strategic Mindset: Approach challenges with a strategic and proactive mindset;
- Team Player: Strong sense of collaboration and resilience as aligned to RTW team and support claims operations teams.
