**Job Description**:
At Toll Group we are currently seeking expression of interest for our Transport Supervisor positions posted across Australia. These positions are across multiple business units including, but not limited to; Resource & Industrials, Retail, Consumer and Automotive, Grocery, Healthcare and more.

As a Transport Supervisor you will mange and exceed the clients’ expectations with a strong understanding and focus on deliveries of their product. We have multiple rosters on offer with AM and PM shift availabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively co-ordinate all transport services across the operations.
- Complete daily checks to ensure arrival and departing times are met per agreed time schedule.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the client and exceed their expectations.
- Manage all staff members ensuring all procedures, deadlines and KPIs are being met.
- Ensure safety is a priority and maintain a safe work environment for all staff and site visitors.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a similar position, with responsibility for leading a strong safety culture
- Advance problem solving and escalation capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
