**_Are you looking to take the step into a customer service / sales position? _**
IMO Pacific are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join the team and provide customer service and sales support in our Sydney Northern Beaches sales office and warehouse.
Previous Sales experience in the Electrical Industrial Controls market would be an advantage but not essential as product training will be provided.

Working closely with the Sales team you will be responsible for the support of our existing customer base by providing first call internal sales/customer service. This is a customer interactive role so strong social skills and a drive to provide the best customer experience for the client is a must.
**_Job Description - Internal Sales/Operations_**
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager. You will be responsible for internal sales operation responsibilities specifically within the electrical wholesale, commercial and industrial sectors.
**_Your duties will include but not be limited to: _**
- Managing daily sales orders and enquiries ensuring customers receive the best possible customer service levels
- Quotations
- Liaising with customers regarding orders
- Data entry
- Updating the database and adding contacts
- Assisting the sales team
- Shipping and receiving of customer orders and inwards stock
- General administration as required
- General warehouse duties as required
**To be successful in this role ideally you will need to have**:
- 2+ years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong customer focus
- Strong attention to detail
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Strong initiative & the ability to drive the business forward.
- Be highly motivated, with good communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
