**Your Role**:

- Provide **personalised, best-in-class service**, ensuring customers receive the solutions they need.
- Build and nurture strong relationships and identify new business opportunities, through inbound and outbound calls and web enquiries.
- Stay ahead of customer needs, offering smart, relevant waste management solutions.

**Who you are**:

- A **natural communicator** with a passion for customer service, ideally experienced in sales coordination, administration, or call centre environments
- A **trusted advisor**, operating with integrity, honesty, and empathy.
- A **solutions-driven thinker**, who understands customer challenges and thrives on providing the right answers.
- Organised and confident in managing prospect and lead information within **Salesforce CRM**.
- Motivated, resilient, and ready to succeed in a **high-growth, fast-moving** environment.

Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.
