**What you’ll love**:
We’re searching for a dynamic, knowledgeable and passionate Major Accounts Manager to join our team in Jandakot, Western Australia.

You’ll work closely with existing accounts, exploring ways to grow our business and retain those relationships. In tandem, you’ll develop a pipeline of new business, with a varied range of our largest customers, from construction through to hospitality and everything in between. The sales cycle is as diverse as our customer base; at times you’ll present a simple proposal and at others, you’ll be responding to tender working with the Contracts Team.

**Who you are**:

- **Commercial nous**: You are an experienced business to business sales professional, able to share your successful track record of results in winning new business and retaining existing accounts.
- **Trusted relationships**: You have a natural ability to build trusted relationships with decision makers.
- **Sales pipeline**: You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system, ensuring you use our systems and resources to support your success.
- **Documentation**: You’ll be able to respond to tenders and complete all proposals. You’ll be a skilled presenter; you know your way around Excel and Powerpoint and can make those presentations sing.
- **Attributes**: Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.
