**Richgro Garden Products **has been at the service of the gardening industry since 1916. **Who you Are**:

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Executive Manager Retail and Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote our suite of retail and commercial garden products.

**Working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm, your main responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company's products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share and sales of fertilizer and garden products in Retail, Commercial and Agricultural markets.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Responsibility for large scale events and shows, representing the Brand for Consumers and Retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers farmers, commercial growers, and industry influencers.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition.

**The Successful applicant will have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, communications or related fields.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- A valid WA Drivers Licence.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Enjoy working in dynamic teams.
