**Position Title**:Junior Account Manager

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage post-sales client accounts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the process.
- Monitor and follow up on direct debit dishonors, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Develop and manage payment plans for clients, with regular follow-up to ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and account statements for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by managing customer inquiries and resolving any account-related issues.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment to support business operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous fleet/automotive account management/sales experience is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in customer service, account management, or accounts receivable is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays during the initial probationary period.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,665.34 per year
