Your Impact

You'll take charge of a set of long-term clients across civil, construction, and infrastructure.

You'll keep people safe, problems small, and clients loyal.

  • Grow and retain ~12 established accounts — you'll know every name and moving part.
  • Lift safety and efficiency through proactive inspections, toolbox talks, and WHS reviews.
  • Spot early warning signs and fix issues before they reach the client's desk.
  • Keep compliance watertight — no missing forms, no surprises.
  • Work smart: on-site early when needed, home early when it's done.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years in labour-hire, construction, logistics, or industrial operations.
