12 month contract available for a Recruitment / Talent Advisor for a Not for Profit Organisation.

This leading South Australian disability service provider are truly passionate around working alongside children and adults with a disability to live the way they choose and achieve their goals. With over 1,000 staff within the organisation, an exciting opportunity is now available for a Recruitment Advisor to be responsible for all functional end-to-end recruitment requirements of the organisation. Based on Adelaide’s CBD fringe, this position is a full-time 12-month opportunity.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment requirements of the organisation, which include job advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, interviews, reference checking, writing up contracts and on-boarding new employees.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, we are seeking either a Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Co-ordinator or Recruiter who has been exposed to tight deadlines and is forward thinking in terms of recruitment engagement strategies.
You will have demonstrated knowledge of using recruitment systems and strong administration skills. Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders along with a strong ability to negotiate and influence will also see you thrive in this role and organisation.
