**The Opportunity**:
We're on a growth trajectory and we need a dynamic **Recruitment Advisor** to join our collaborative team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. You'll be a key player in building a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. You will drive and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent for ElectraNet. **About You**:

- You will be an expert market navigator who likes to cast the net far and wide, using various sources to hire (LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, Seek talent search etc.)
- You are a natural communicator, a multi-tasker with strong planning skills
- You are results driven and passionate about people, and developing purposeful relationships
- Background in recruiting technical or engineering related roles is desirable
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
