**The Opportunity**

Our client is a well-established organisation that has been operating for around 30 years. They are currently seeking a motivated Property Administrator to support a small team.

**Duties**:
This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Administration support across the full spectrum of Real Estate - buying, selling, leasing and building
- Work on a diverse and interesting portfolio including Residential and Commercial properties as well as Land and Construction projects
- Supporting a team of 5 in a stable, caring and supportive environment
- Assist with Policy & Procedure development and review
- Maintaining and updating client records accurately

**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in Real Estate is a must - Commercial or Resedential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Comfortable using the MS Suite and able to learn new systems quickly
