We pride ourselves on stocking and selling a diverse range of quality used vehicles, as well having access to unique finance opportunities and a highly skilled and experienced finance team. We have a supportive and collaborative team of long term sales and support staff. Your Attributes, Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven record in vehicle sales, reaching and exceeding KPI's
  • Minimum 3-5 years of vehicle sales/ management required
  • QLD motor vehicle sales licence
  • A reliable work ethic and always projecting professionalism
  • Diligent with customer follow up and adhere to business processes
  • Energetic and dynamic personality, able to quickly engage with our diverse customer base

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing sales and sales team
  • Dealing with online, phone and face-to-face leads
  • Providing great customer service and follow-up
  • Managing stock presentation and marketing
  • Nurturing and incentivising sales team to meet KPI's - daily, weekly and monthly incentives
