**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

A fantastic opportunity presents for a self-driven, passionate and results focused professional experienced in the supply and sales of Industrial and Safety products. Joining our high performing sales team in Western Sydney, based out of Greystanes, the Account Manager, supported by internal expertise from Customer Care support, will deliver exceptional customer value and solutions across existing and new customers.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Seek and develop opportunities for growth through development of strong customer relationships
- Achieve budgeted sales and trading margin contribution selling the extensive Blackwoods product range
- Develop and manage an effective territory call plan for a well established customer base
- Ability to prospect for new business opportunities
- Work collaboratively and strategically with stakeholders including customer care, warehouse operations and strategic supply partners
- Plan and develop strategies based on anticipated customer needs

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous exposure to safety and apparel products would also be valued
- The ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to not only meet but exceed customer expectations
- The ability to work autonomously whilst collaboratively across different teams
- Desire to be face to face with customers delivering services and solutions
- A demonstrated ability to work productively as part of a team
- Comprehensive Microsoft office skills

This role would suit an ambitious and career focussed individual. Experience in a trade, manufacturing or logistics work environments would be beneficial.
