**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our team based in** Greystanes NSW** to provide an exceptional level of service to all our stakeholders.

Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible to handle all enquires related to suppliers accounts in accordance with policies & procedures to ensure payments are made on time.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Handling all phone enquires related to Blackwoods and Bullivants
- Resolving discrepancies related with all stock/ non-stock invoices
- Communicating with fellow AP team members to resolve issues
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Printing all approved NO PO invoices for Blackwoods & all Bullivants invoices (stock/non-stock) including imports for Data Entry team
- Follow up for coding and approval for all NO PO invoices if not provided.
- Ability to work to time constraints
- Additional tasks outside the above key responsibilities may be required to be performed or added to your daily duties as the role develops with Microsoft Dynamics 365

To be successful, you will have:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Tertiary education and business studies
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
- Customer service focused
- Team orientated
- High accurate data entry skill
- Both written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving, organisation and attention to detail
