**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for an** Accounts Payable Officer **to join our team based in **Greystanes NSW **to provide an exceptional level of service to all our stakeholders.

Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for payments of suppliers invoices for Blackwoods and Bullivants, including preforming Ad-hoc duties such as auditing and reconciliations.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Process payment cycles for multiple entities in accordance with policies & procedures
- Prepare payment schedules
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Liaising with external stakeholders and other stakeholders in a positive manner and with a customer service focus to ensure that positive working relationships are developed and maintained
- Focusing on financial processes which deliver consistent, high quality customer outcomes
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Ability to work to time constraints
- Prepaying and maintaining excel uploads for Westpac Credit Cards, Telstra, Dinners and Australia Post
- Ad-hoc duties performing internal audit checks on credit cards, vendor maintenance, data entry, payments
- Trade Creditors
- Foreign Currencies payments BW & BV
- Assisting management with ongoing reporting and cash flow management including foreign currency
- Additional tasks outside the above key responsibilities may be required to be performed or added to your daily duties as the role develops with Microsoft Dynamics 365

To be successful, you will have:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
- Customer service focussed
- Team orientated with a willingness to help out whenever needed
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate with various levels
- Proven attention to detail
- Problem solving abilities coupled with organisation skills
- Ability to deal with people at all levels, strong interpersonal skills
- Professionalism
- Self-motivated
- Mentoring Abilities
