- Developing effective and distinctive marketing strategies and plans to maximise participation, attendance and interest in Council events and programs
- Develop and lead targeted, multi-channel promotional campaigns across diverse channels to connect, educate and engage the community.
- Work with other Unit members to coordinate campaign planning, key messaging, create content, collateral and measurement for events, programs and initiatives.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Lead the marketing strategies for the Community Connections unit.
- Develop and implement plans to maximise participation, interest and attendance at events and programs.
- Develop and create communication and marketing collateral in line with Councils branding guidelines.
- Maintain and develop digital marketing platforms and websites
- Initiate and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$88,038 - $93,324 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**:Permanent full time opportunity, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday with 19 day month flexitime option available
