We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Mount Isa QLD to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.

Whilst you will be focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market, no day will ever be the same We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.

What Your New Role Entails

  • Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer interaction activities.
  • Interacting with our customers in our Trade Centre will include face to face service, responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, following up on expected time of arrivals for backorders.
  • Providing product-based information where required – don't worry, we have a great training program to build your skills
  • Undertaking daily stock replenishment/stock takes and updating our Trade Centre Showrooms
  • General housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is always safe, clean and inviting for customers.

We have an amazing training program available so if you're concerned you don't have all the skills yet - we will train you

What You'll Bring With You
  • A curious and learning mindset to engage and grow with us
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
  • Confidence and experience with the Microsoft suite of products - Excel and Word are essential
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Time management skills
  • Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
  • Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks
  • Work in a team environment that collaborates and celebrates
  • Forklift license (desirable)
