**THE ROLE**

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Trade Engagement Coordinator to join our head office Planning Department. Working Monday to Friday, this position is offered on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Trade Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring personnel are scheduled accordingly in order to optimize their work allocations across multiple clients. This will include:

- Being the first point of contact for all Trade personnel
- Managing Bus Drivers and other Ancillaries to ensure fatigue guidelines are adhered to
- Actively engaging with personnel regularly to ensuring their work preferences are current and all unavailable periods and interactions have been recorded
- Reviews planning workflows and work engagements with personnel
- Work closely with internal Planning teams to ensure labour plans are met, whilst maintaining a thorough understanding of current client requirements & processes
- Provides clear communication with relevant internal departments regarding plans, requirements and information distribution

**ABOUT YOU**
- A sound understanding of the mining and resources sector
- Be people focused, providing genuine empathy and care for employees
- High levels of self-motivation with the ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining accurate data entry in a face paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office
- Australian work rights
- A National Police Check
- A pre-employment medical
