Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,400 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Employee Engagement Coordinator to join our existing team in our CBD Head Office.

**THE ROLE**
- Present at Linkforce Recruitment days to groups of new recruits.
- Planning and allocating work for new starters ensuring they are aware of their commitments and responsibilities.
- Remain the first point of contact for new starters for the month of their employment, actively engaging them regularly, providing guidance, support, and information as needed
- Attend site, as and when required, to facilitate positive first shut experiences for new employees and provide ongoing engagement with employees

**ABOUT YOU**
- Sound knowledge of mining conditions and FIFO working environments
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage fast paced and fluid workflows
- Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and attention to detail when working to deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment
- Experience in planning or mobilisation within the mining sector is advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy (inc. Microsoft Office Suite) with the ability to familiarise quickly to new systems and programs
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and mentor new employees towards positive outcomes.
- Genuine empathy and care for employees.
