**The Role**

The Trade Relations Coordinator holds a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing robust relationships with tradespeople who work with ABN Group. Harnessing data-driven insights, this position is dedicated to fostering collaborative partnerships to optimise communication, streamline processes and ensure efficient allocation for enhanced project outcomes.
- Develop, implement and manage initiatives to enhance stakeholder relationships within construction domain
- Conduct data analysis, generate comprehensive reports and present findings to inform decision making on recruiting and engaging tradespeople
- Document and implement mitigation plans for current and future relationship-related risks
- Translate key trends and analytical insights into actionable strategies that grow and fortify relationships with tradespeople
- Achieve relationship driven KPIs, measuring the effectiveness of communication, collaboration and overall stakeholder satisfaction

- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Sound understanding of construction processes and trades
- Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
- Administrative experience and strong computer literacy
