Bulk Buys has been providing commercial and domestic supplies nationally to both corporate and domestic clients since 2009. Over hundreds of orders weekly our customers benefit from our collaboration with market-leading distributors.

We are currently in search for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join ourteam. As our Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing & coordinating the delivery of all orders alongside our team.

The environment is fast paced and working towards KPI targets so we’re after quick learners.

The main responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Picking
- Packing
- Stock management (replenishment, maintenance, stock take, cycle counting etc)
- Order Fulfillment
- Receipting of goods
- Palletizing products onto pallets
- Operating pallet jacks (tuggers)
- Working towards KPI targets
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 20-25kg repetitively
- A current driver’s license and own transportation
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to work full time hours and dependable
- Packing orders and preparing them to be shipped.
- Having attention to detail while inspecting orders and preparing them to be dispatched.
- Complying with OHS and other safety regulations.
- Completing general warehouse duties as required.
- Forklift license preferred but not required.
- Facilitation of continuous improvement ideas;
- Maintenance of a healthy, safe, and secure environment.

We are looking for people who have a safety-first mindset, are physically fit, able to lift heavy loads with correct manual handling technique. You will also be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Efficient and takes initiative
- Good time management skills (meeting dispatch timeframe for orders)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team creating a positive work environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Previous picking experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

**Salary**: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are provided with masks and sanitizers on their workstations. We require a wipe down of table/surfaces the staff member is using throughout the day and before leaving premises.
