Warehouse Supervisor

Seeking a hands-on and motivated **Warehouse Supervisor** to lead a small team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

**About the role**:

- Permanent Fulltime
- 8am-4pm Monday - Friday

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
- Lead and support a small team to meet productivity and safety targets
- Coordinate pick/pack activities and ensure timely order fulfilment
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktakes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Report to the Operations or Warehouse Manager and assist with process improvements

**About you**:

- 3+ years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a small team
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- LF and LO licence preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Proven WMS experience
- Full working rights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Warehouse distribution: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
