**About the opportunity**

We have an exciting newly created position available for a talented Commercial Performance Analyst to join our team to support our Ventures business.

As the Commercial Performance Analyst - Ventures, you will play a key role in supporting analytics and reporting within the Ventures hub, particularly focusing on accelerating insights for one of our teams.

This role will play a significant part in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights, reports, and advanced analytics, directly contributing to the achievement of the hub’s goals.

Key Responsibilities will include:

- Generate & maintain reporting on provider data, both internal self-serve dashboards and customer facing reports
- Conduct problem-solving exercises with diverse teams across the squad to assist decision making in the business
- Articulating and communicating insights clearly to the Squad's Stakeholders
- Effective collaboration: Embrace a culture of experimentation and innovation, empowering team members in other areas to adopt data driven decision making

**About you**
- You will have at least 2 years’ experience in an analysing data ideally based on large and complex data warehouses using SQL (Teradata/ SAS) and Excel, as well as new tools when required
- Experience in data visualization will be essential for this role (Preferred: Tableau, PowerBI)
- You will have an eye for detail, be pro active in your approach and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. This role requires an individual who has strong stakeholder management skills and can be an excellent communicator
- Being solutions focused and a team player that enables success within the hub
