**The role**

In this role that sits in the in the Commercial Performance Squad within Strategy and Analytics, you will have the opportunity to support the Member Health team** **to deliver analytical insights and recommendations that enable timely and informed decision making to enhance the Medibank loyalty program ‘LiveBetter’.

**Where you can add value**
- Use advance analytics techniques, systems, and software to resolve key questions in a timely fashion by developing fact-based strategic recommendations.
- Use appropriate prioritisation criteria and techniques when evaluating issues and initiatives.
- Identify key insights and develop strategic recommendations.
- Enhance data management processes, tools, and capabilities by contributing to continuous improvement activity and lifting skills by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Perform complex data analysis, create high quality dashboards and reports.
- Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders, present findings and manage their expectations.

Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou have outstanding analytics and problem-solving skills and planning and organising abilities. You are comfortable operating independently in a complex, ambiguous, multichannel business environment.

You might be known as a self-starter who can manage competing stakeholders, time, and priorities effectively. You have a strong attention to detail. You are flexible and team oriented.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in analysing data based on large and complex data warehouses using SQL (Teradata/SAS), Excel
- Proficiency in using Tableau for data visualisation is desirable.
- Performing analytics related to business strategy, finance, or customer analytics domain.
- Knowledge of Loyalty programs and economics.
- Analytics experience working in large (ASX-listed) organisations and be degree qualified.
